Cate Murden ON: Running a Wellbeing and Performance Company, Working From Home Wellbeing and Improving Leadership Behaviour

Summary

Hello and welcome back to another episode of The Inspired Narrative podcast. Today I am joined by Cate Murden, founder of leading wellbeing and performance company, PUSH. Her company specialises in corporate wellness, mental health, leadership and professional development. After being signed off with stress, Cate had to move back home at the age of 39, it was there in her childhood bedroom that PUSH was created. Her mission to improve workplace wellbeing comes at a crucial time when many are still working from home due to the coronavirus pandemic. It gives me great pleasure to welcome Cate today.

Cate provides a refreshing insight into workplace wellbeing and reminds us of the importance of taking care of employees in the workplace as well as highlighting how this has needed to adapt during the coronavirus pandemic.
